2024 Subaru WRX TR Debuts with Performance Upgrades and Recaro Seats

Subaru has unveiled the 2024 WRX TR, a performance-focused variant of its rally-bred sports sedan. While it doesn’t include an increase in horsepower, it does feature key upgrades designed to enhance handling and driver engagement.

The WRX TR comes equipped with Brembo brakes, promising improved stopping power with six-piston front calipers and two-piston rear calipers, paired with larger rotors. This should provide more consistent braking performance, particularly under demanding driving conditions.

Inside, Subaru has added Recaro seats to bolster driver support, offering greater comfort and stability during spirited driving. These seats cater to enthusiasts who value a more driver-centric experience, aligning with the car’s motorsport heritage.

While the powertrain remains unchanged, the WRX TR’s enhancements target those looking for improved control and responsiveness. With these refinements, Subaru continues to fine-tune one of its most iconic performance models.
