Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30-days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase. We can no longer offer a refund if 30 days have passed since your purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as the return will not be verified.

Exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and some health & personal care items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank, financial institution, or credit card company to process and post the refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; Holiday sales or clearance items cannot be refunded.

To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
